On December 22th, the good news came from the 24th technological entrepreneurship cup award presentation ceremony for college students in Shanghai. The students in our school made great achievements and won 21 invention innovation awards. Yang junjie, a doctoral candidate in our group, won the third prize of invention innovation for his project Controllable Preparation of Graphene Flexible Microtubules and its Energy Storage Application.

Shanghai university students' invention Technology Entrepreneurship Cup prize, aims to further promote the Public Entrepreneurship, Peoples Innovation, construct platform for students innovation and pioneering, and cultivate excellent innovation achievements and talents, explore innovative talents training mode, improve college students' innovation and practical ability and social sense of responsibility. In recent years, our research group especially encourages students to participate in various science and technology innovation competitions, aiming at cultivating students' ability of creation and invention, promoting competition instead of training and promoting learning through competition, and further giving full play to the important role of extracurricular science and technology competitions in talent training.
